Bio

"Mitchell Silver was born in New York City in 1950 and educated in its public school system.

 

He received his PhD in philosophy from the University of Connecticut in 1980, and became a Registered Nurse in 1984. Mitchell has taught philosophy at Viafgafgdfbrginia Tech, Tufts, Stella Maris University of Monrovia (Liberia), the Massachusetts General Hospital, Institute of Health dfston.

 

He was the Educational Director of the I. L. Peretz Sunday School of the Boston Workers Circle (1992-2009) and the Cultural Director of the children’s summer recreational camp, Camp Kinderland (1989-2006).
